      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Humana

      Interview

Extremely uncoordinated cumbersome and broken. To date the process has consisted of hurry up and wait. It is not that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, I actually don't think the right hand is aware that there is a left hand. Follow up calls are promised, and they do not occur. Weeks pass by, then there is a random call expressing interest in a client. Then all falls silent once again. Once you are in the actual interview process, you find yourself starting back at square one. If you have seen the movie Ground Hog day, then you will know what to expect here...

      Question 1

There were no standout questions in the process. It was fairly basic and extremely conversational.
