3 back-to-back interviews, 2 are behavioral and one is a case study interview. Know your resume well, be able to explain what would make you a good fit for the position and be able to describe what a consultant does.

Interview
After a round of interviews on campus, IBM flew me out to Virginia for the final round. There were individual interviews, as well as a group exercise wherein we had to work with other candidates to develop a solution to their "business needs".

The group exercise was something to do with a "secure cloud solution".
