Interview
I applied to IBM through job advertising in newspaper, then HR people invited me to attend selection processes in Jakarta. First I have the test which consisted ofI IPAT and writing essay in english. After passing these steps the HR people invited me for interview. During 1st day interview, I have 4 different managers as the interviewers. Basically they asked me about why choose IBM, how your background fit with our company, what do you see yourself in 5 years, how long will you plan to stay at IBM, what is your specific interest from various business line in IBM. There is also one manager who gave me article about technology concepts and then he gave me 10 minutes to prepare for presentation. The final interview is with Country Manager Services, it is more like are you ready to work overtime, are you ready to learn a lot of things in short timeframe, tell me about yourself. Last is negotiation process however since I joined as fresh graduate then IBM has already had standard package for me.
good as what i read online and heard from friends past experience. Would recommend to others as well. The HR person is really friendly and efficient on communication and logistics
First group interview with a problem topic shown forehead. Prepare a ppt and share it with candidates in the first round. the second round is the individual interview in which questions based on your CV are provided.

Friendly interviewer, especially for new grad. Encourage you to share your experience. The job content matched what was discussed during the interview. Did not ask unreasonable question. Also give you time to ask question about the company. Quite an enjoyable interview experience.
