Interview
After a round of interviews on campus, IBM flew me out to Virginia for the final round. There were individual interviews, as well as a group exercise wherein we had to work with other candidates to develop a solution to their "business needs".

Typical behavioral questions:
Q: What are your greatest strengths?
Q: Tell me about a challenge you've overcome.
etc.
The group exercise was something to do with a "secure cloud solution".
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY) in Aug 2012
Interview
3 back-to-back interviews, 2 are behavioral and one is a case study interview. Know your resume well, be able to explain what would make you a good fit for the position and be able to describe what a consultant does.
