Call from the recruiter, follow up with a 1-1 interview with him, general discussion and background checks. Proposal of application, skills test at the company, 1:1 meeting with finance guy, discussion of the position, no further interest in the position, process stopped
Indepth, gruelling process, interviewed by 6 folks back to back, went for a lunch outing with them which was more like a group interview, it was very well organized, a bit intimidating though
I got a call after submitting my profile. It was an HR interview. It last for half an hour. The recruiter was very friendly and ask about the background. After few days I had a technical interview and afterwards a managerial interview.
