3 rounds, all over skype or remote work. First is usual interview going through your resume against the job description, second is a written test, third is with Associate Director (sometimes there is another one in the middle a followup to the first interview)

Interview
I worked with one of the affiliates of IFMR. I took a Stata test, then had three (non-technical) interviews, then I was flown in to job location and had another interview.
