    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at IGATE in April 2012.

    Interview

It was painfully slow. First they gave me a call to set up the telephonic interview for the next day.
After the telephonic interview which lasted for about 20 minutes, they said they would call me for further interviews. I had to wait for nearly 3 weeks for them to call me for an 1:1 interview after which I had to wait for nearly 1 half months for them to reject me based on HR guidelines.
