Working with IGN, you have to speak with a recruiting coordinator who shepherds you through the process while salaries and titles are being discussed and negotiated with the powers that be. The interview process was comfortable, not high pressure at all. The team I was on valued personality fit and responsibility more than anything and it was a comfortable environment.
