Interview
It was told to be a technical interview but included HR bases questions as well. There was a lot of focus on puzzle solving and some basic C and Java concepts were asked.

1 System design question, like design parking lot and then ask OOPs from its design, basic DS, why you want to join ION

Interview
Great, 1 coding round and 1 - 1.5 hour technical round. They asked for an aptitude and a coding round for round 1. Then, in the interview 3 people were there who asked generic questions and later on moved to puzzles (find them on gfg). They also asked some medium level coding questions and dsa, oops concepts.
Processo di selezione con 3 step, conoscitivo (HR), tecnico (team di prodotto Dev/BA) e stakeholder (macro-team di lavoro). Generalmente lo stakeholder è il manager L3 che ti alloca ma non è detto che sia sempre così.
