I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ISAAC Instruments (Quebec, QC) in Nov 2021
Interview
The company has a multi-session interview process for their various roles. They are expanding aggressively over the next 18 months. Currently, a number of opportunities are available.
My initial interview process was very positive! So many interviews these days feel rushed and impersonal. This is especially true of HR reps who are burdened with multiple hires over aggressive timelines.
The interviewer from ISAAC was courteous, informed, and created a warm and trusting space to engage in a conversation, versus the typical interrogation that is now commonplace.
The company is very transparent, and in every interactions I have had with them, professional and inclusive.
Not sure where my process with them will go, but so far, a great introduction and story.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A genuine interest in learning about you, your work experience, and who you are as a person. They believe strongly in hiring the "right" fit above all else, despite being a SAAS company in a very defined market sector. Very refreshing.
