Interview
Had a phone interview and then an in person interview. I had never had an interview in person (or otherwise) where the CEO had enough time to mansplain for over an hour and insult everything on my CV. It was bizarre but the people working there looked very miserable and burnt out so maybe it all makes sense. In the end I didn't want to work there so I emailed them I wasn't interested but I felt the whole process was a waste of my time. It was disrespectful.

Interview
Skype Interview with HR, team members and then the co-founders. Lots of repetitive questions but generally interesting. HR is not a very high level interview or skills based.
They really oversell the company and its ambitions/product so that you get excited, but unfortunately after working there it wasn't so good, except some of the colleagues. Product is different to how they sell it.
