Implus Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was very quick. It was one on one. Very easy place to find. The interviewer was nice and understanding. She had a paper full of questions and went down the list to choose what she wanted to ask.

Applied through a staffing agency. I first had an interview with the girl from the staffing agency, then 2 days later I had the interview with Implus where I interviewed with Dana and Don. Lasted about an hour and was very easy. Asked me to tell them about myself and a little bit of my experience, and then the rest of the questions were behavioral. I don't think they cared about what your answer was, but just that you had an answer. Everyone I met there was really nice.
