I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Chandler, AZ) in Jan 2021
Interview
They first interviewed me on the phone which went really well. Then I got interviewed by a different person face to face and I was super nervous and she could tell. She was super nice to me and while I was waiting for an interview one of the workers kindly asked if I wanted water! Overall they were super great! I wish I could go back and do my interview a bit differently though and maybe be a little less nervous :) *and I haven't gotten an offer yet... they said they would let me know*
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the interview I was asked to describe myself and why I wanted to work there and not chick-fil-a or olive garden. She also asked what my future plans and to name a time I've worked as a team.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.
