Comparatively easy written test and f2f interview is just conducted to know if you can follow instructions and surrender your independence. If you can't you won't be selected. Thats all.

Interview
There will be an initial interview and after passing that, you will be scheduled for an interview with a team manager and a team manager after completing a writing exam. Interview difficulty was average; however, the manager was extremely condescending. After asking questions, she would net let me finish speaking. The interview was full of personal and unnecessary question, too. Questions that did not really help contribute to identifying whether I'm fit for the role or not. It was uncomfortable speaking with both of the interviewers as they try to put words in my mouth. If this is the kind of culture the company encourages, I'm glad I did not get shortlisted.

Shortlisted & got call. English written test was followed by a face to face interview. Basic questions asked in the informed about the work process etc., i was told to be informed but that never happened.
