Don't bother applying here. My level and years of experience aligned with the position. I did a ton of research on the company and applied with my cover and resume. I was asked a few prescreen questions (below) ...they still declined me the same day.

Called by an HR Senior Recruiter and by the VP of HR Relations, both for phone interviews. I was called at off hours because I was still working then but there was a lot of heads up. I came in and lined up to talk to 4 senior admins, 1 direct report to the EVP and then the EVP.
