Interview
Initial communication started through online submission of resume and phone call from HR. They setup telephonic interview with basic questions from OOPS and C++.
once the round was done they took 3 days to get back for next phase - in person interview.
There were two rounds in this phase - 1. Written Test (technical + aptitude) followed by 2. in person technical interview with a group panel.
After this there was another interview round with Management team which included couple of technical and aptitude + work culture related queries.
Following this phase, there was an HR interview.
Once all the interviews were done, I was told to go home and that I will receive update by phone call.
I did got an update in nearly 2 weeks time and I was selected. I worked there for 6 months. Good work environment! Great place to work especially for document imaging and publishing related tools.
I left, because I got a bigger challenging opportunity.
