I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Innodata (Mumbai) in Mar 2024
Interview
The process was unorganised to sum it up right. Multiple HR's are involved in hiring process with none of them having a right understanding of company working or policies. I spoke to 5 HR's during my interview. They lacked co-ordination among themselves. I ended getting selected for the role only to be later told that my salary expectation cannot be matched. If this was conveyed during initial discussion, we could have avoided wasting everyone's time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1 - Tell me about yourself.
Round 2 - Technical Test
Round 3 - Test with stakeholder abroad where you'll be asked to describe and later write about an image they show you. Followed by discussio with HR
Round 4 - Discussion with Project Manager and team lead
Round 5 - Resilliency test
Round 6 - Salary discussion
Interview process was fast. The interviewers were soft-spoken. Most importantly, the remote work opportunity is good. I did not join as I got another offer which I found more relevant.
I applied online. I interviewed at Innodata (New Delhi) in Jul 2024
Interview
The company has an exploitative and non-transparent hiring process. They ask you to take lengthy tests and fail you without providing feedback or revealing the actual test scores. When I told them that I wanted the test scores as I was confident I'd done well, they decided to reach out two weeks later and approve my candidature, only to send another test. Steer clear if you can. They've had hordes of recruiters working for them yet haven't been able to fill an "Urgent" position in two months.
