Innovia Consulting interview questions

I worked with a recruiter who, after discussing my career experience and goals, felt that Innovia would be a good fit. They arranged the interviews and made the introductions. They also had me complete a PI questionnaire that gave them insight into my personality and approach to work. There was a total of three interviews, one with HR and two with those who would compose the team I would be joining. The interviews all occurred within the same week and I had an offer by the next week. All involved were pleasant and really made Innovia shine.
