The 1st interview is done by the HR assistant and is very fast. Questions are asked and they look you straight in the eye when they ask about your salary expectations, they expect an answer, a figure. 2nd interview happens almost in the same day with HR manager. After interviewing you queue outside for a last announcement whether you have gotten the job or not. If you have gotten the job, they start inducting, you and scheduling your orientation days.
