I applied online, the recruiter contacted me for a phone screen. The recruiter sent an email to coordinate an interview with the hiring manager. I met with 1 hiring manager the first week. For another week, I interviewed with 2 team members. I received offer and I negotiated the low salary. To off set that, I accepted the sign on bonus.
