initial phone interview with a recruiter where they just set up a time for you to come in to meet with management. when you come in for the initial interview you meet with two managers for about 20 to 30 minutes and then have a peer interview with 2 to 3 current employees. a few days after that you will receive a phone call regarding whether or not you got the job
Not too stressful, interviewer asked many situational questions and provided more info about the position. They love if you have background experience to fall back on. Overall I had a positive experience with the interview.
