I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insi (Kitchener, ON) in Jun 2023
Interview
I applied to Meta IT North America. The recruiter found my profile interesting and sent me the position. The process consists in 4 interviews: 1- RackerRank with 7 questions, I guess that I was able to answer 100% correctly. 2 - HR Interview, they explain about the project and ask about your expectations. 3 - Technical Interview, with 3 persons The manager and two Engineers. 4 - Technical Interview with the client, as far as I know is about Software Architecture. The only downsides were: => The process is a bit hurry, took less than a week, when I interviewed I was with 3 technical tests ongoing, they basically choose the day that they want to interview you. => The lack of feedback, I managed to get to the third phase, I got a bit nervous because I tough that the Technical interview would be about live coding with algol or Software Architecture, but if they asked me normal questions. A feedback about the RackerRank test and the Technical Interview would be good for the candidate to know which points he needs to improve. Otherwise the process was good, the people were cool.
