The interview process was excruciatingly long: 6 rounds over 3 months. 5 zoom interviews with inspire staff, 1 recorded video interview whereby 7 questions would pop up and you have a couple of mins to prepare and record yourself on video I was 1 of the 2 finalists for the job. Didn't get the offer. Sent 1 email to the recruiter and 2 to the hiring manager requesting feedback with no response. Truly disappointed that I couldn't even get a 2 sentence feedback. Tells me a lot about the people and culture
