Instructure Software Development Engineer In Test SDET interview questions

Received an initial screening, followed by a online coding assessment. After this, there will be an initial technical interview with the Engineering manager. Lastly there will be three one-hour technical/behavioral interviews with separate Software Engineers. Each one followed a pattern of providing your background and skill, getting to know a little bit more about the company and what their role entails, then 30 minutes to complete the coding challenge, and then the last 10 minutes are saved for QA. Overall, I felt that the process was fair and the team was friendly. The coding challenges can be done on your own or you can work collaboratively (to a certain extent, they still want to gauge how you would solve the problem of course). My only criticism is that I think the process could be trimmed down a bit.
