I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in Apr 2013
Interview
Managers and Head Technicians interviewed me in a 1 on 1 setting. We sat in the café area so it was not very formal. Nobody at Intel dresses up very much, but I don't recommend coming casual as an interviewee. You should dress up for a job interview based on how much you care about the job. Study some relevant technical info to Intel. Have an idea about transistors. How they work, how electronic circuits work, etc.

I applied online and got called in a week. The process and interview was pretty smooth and easy than I thought. I had 4 Interviewers of asking technical questions, another behavioral and personality, the other one explained the type of work I would doing if hired. they were all really nice. I think they were looking for a someone to fill the position asap, and since I didn't ask much they took advantage it.
