      Technical Support Specialist Interview

      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Interactive Brokers in Jul 2015

      Interview

      Process began with online application via their cims career page. Their North American recruiter made contact roughly once a week. After initial application, I was requested to complete a personality profile. Second step was a phone interview 1 1/2 weeks later. Third step was phone interview with Global Tech support Manager and North American Supervisor. Fourth step was visiting their Chicago office to meet with Local VP and take comprehensive technical examination. The process took approximately 2 months to complete with email and phone calls as primary communication method.
