The first phase of the interview was done over the phone by the human resources hiring manager. This person's task was to verify if i was a good fit for the job. This person was very laid back and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, She confirmed that i was going to receive a call from the hiring manager of that group, she provided me me with a specific time and date and length of the call. The phone interview with the hiring manager took exactly 95 minutes. There were no technical questions in this phase but only questions about my previous experience and college experience. I was able to bring this interview to the next level by first listening to the hiring manager and answering all of his questions with many details (to try to avoid vague answers like: yes, no, a little, etc.)
Once the hiring manager was done with his questions i proceeded to ask questions about the company and how they work as a team. This phase of the interview ended with a friendly tone were the hiring manger said "we hope to see you soon". Weeks later i was contacted by the department of H.R. by email were they provided me with a date, time, address and directions of where i was going to be interviewed; in addition, i was also provided with a schedule and the names of the interviewers. The interview took hours were each interviewer tool .5 hours. I was interview by very smart and friendly engineers, Sr. engineers, hiring manager, and Engineering director. There were several technical questions and many questions about my resume and experience.
