Initially, there was a phone interview set up for those that qualified for the job description. The interview itself was pretty one sided via interviewer. I was only asked two questions and the rest was just informing me of what the job entailed. After the phone interview, I was not expecting a call back because it just seemed as though there was no interest due to the minimal conversation that lasted all of 10 minutes max. To my surprise, I was emailed for an in-person interview. I met with two people from the team. The first interview lasted about five minutes. I was asked a couple of questions and then we just had casual conversation for the next 15 to 20 minutes. Next was the interview with the supervisor, which was the same person that gave the phone interview. This time the conversation was more fluid. More questions were asked, was able to get a feel for the team and the expectations. The whole interview time in total lasted about an hour in a half. After the in-person interview, I received a call from HR two days later offering me the position. All in all the process took about a month from start to finish.
