Invenergy IT Program Manager interview questions

Applied in May and didn't hear back for months. Once contacted, the interview process itself was the slowest I've seen in my career. Communication was slow and poor throughout the process. On two different occasions, interviewers were no-shows, and had to be rescheduled. The hiring manager came across as rude and condescending several times. I was then told that interview travel to Chicago was mandatory, although the key managers would not even be there. I decided to move forward, and almost a month later, am still getting a constant runaround about being reimbursed. I can't imagine how chaotic it must be working here.
