First interview with HR and then hiring dep. Engineer. If not problem will access to next stage with Dep manger.
Finally, the HR will discuss about the salary
After one month will inform you the answer.

Delayed the interview for more than half an hour and only had one person on the phone call (supposed to have 3). Asked about my previous experiences and expected salary.
