I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Investigo (London, England) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was a screening process - lots of questions to tick boxes.
Not engaging at all.
The person interviewing me had less than 1 years experience.
The interviewer only seemed interested when as we were walking to the lift and enquired about how my search was going. When I told her I had 2 finals booked she tried to get me to stay and see a senior team member but by then I was not interested.

Question 1
Very basic questions.
They had a clipboard with them on and literally ticked them off as they went in full view.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Investigo
Interview
I reached out to Investigo in early 2023 to discuss a potential opportunity as I was moving to the UK later that year.
I had multiple interviews with different members of the senior leadership team/internal recruitment team.
From what I could tell all was going well, I was given positive feedback and I enjoyed my conversations with everyone I'd met.
I was told before being officially offered they'd want to meet me in person when I get to London.
In the meantime I declined a competing offer as I was feeling great about Investigo.
After flying to London I made the effort to meet with the manager in person and they told me that they're not sure if there will be any vacancies at this time suitable for my experience but will be in touch.
They did not get in touch despite my efforts to follow up and they ignored my request for honest feedback.
It's completely fine if they were not interested in progressing with my application, but at the very least let me know you have doubts rather than stringing me along for close to 6 months time.
As a company that claims "Honesty, Transparency, and Authenticity" are a few of their core values I was really disappointed in how I was treated.
