it made no sense hr was like not paying much attention in round 1, it was more like they hire in bulk. then also in round 2 some senior sales manager or team leader will ask you about the salary you're expecting even as a fresher based on your sales skill you can say any figure even 50-60k but this isn't work that way because if yu won't get them sales they will only pass 40% of your salary

Hiring process is easy but the salary breakup is pathetic you will decline the offer right away after the break up of their salary .. THEY WILL TELL YOU SKY IS THE LIMIT BUT ONLY GIVE 40 % OF YOUR ACTUALL SALARY
