I initially had a brief informational interview with two of the employees within the research group prior to being invited in for a formal interview on-site. My on-site interview was well planned out. I met with several of the employees in a 2:1 setting, and met with senior staff and HR in a 1:1 setting. To future interviewees, this is a good group of people so be yourself and relax. They are looking for a good fit and are not going to give you a hard time. The work culture is serious and entrepreneurial, but in a relaxed sort of start-up way. People there are willing to put the time in that is necessary to get the job at hand done right. The office is a little dark but there is plenty of space and again, good people working there.
