I applied at the store I wanted to work at directly, and was contacted a few days later. I interviewed back at the store within a week, and was hired for part time seasonal position.

Average. It was a 2 step interview process. I had to show my proven track record for meeting sales goals and my client book. The interview was very concentrated on sales, fashion and client events.
