Interview
I had already filled out the application for a job a couple of years previously, and I'm not sure there's a chance to change your answers, but I got an interview the first time and then again now, so obviously wasn't too bad for me! Took a couple of weeks to get a call though, interview was the next day, was made to feel at home by the manager, got a call about a trial shift the next day

Interview
Basic questions. We’re desperate for staff and offered me the job on the spot. Generic questions you would expect. Asked what I know of the company etc. asked if I have previous experience and what my availability was.
Very friendly and straightforward interview. Interview focused on customer service and time management. Lovely hiring managers who made the process comfortable. Interview was held in the location that the role was for, so got a good feeling for work environment
