Terrible. 20 minutes before the interview I was emailed by a director to ask my salary expectations. This got me wondering if I was out of there range or whether they would cancel the interview.
Que the interview, the CEO looked completely disinterested throughout and barely made eye contact with the camera.
He didnt need to say much about the company or the job as my mind was made up pretty quickly that I would not want to work for someone like him.
The ultimate giveway into his motives was his line that ED&I was really important to him as people should be treated equally (said that once) but must of mentioned at least ten times how important it was to have someone looking after ED&I as its appearing on more and more tenders for contracts.
