There was an introduction round were they asked me to write answers on 2 questions of 300 and 500 words.Second was the HR round,third they gave me 5 questions more to solve.The interview took the whole day and no feedback was given.

They give you an essay to write, a ppt to make on the latest telecom news. Then there is an interview with the Director. Discussion around academic scores, work experience and how fast can you pick up the pace.
- How much did you score in 12th, work experience, etc. Sadly nothing about the content :)

They had 3-4 rounds which started with Telephonic followed by an IQ exercise. Second and third round were with the managers around Sales and business acumen, Growth aspects etc

I had three rounds. one with the HR, then email writing and product selling and the end was final interview with the head. it was an okay experience as the glass walls were haunting me. It is as if you are under surveillance 24*7.
