I was called by a USA number. A lady answered the phone and she was very nice, introduced herself and briefly what was going on. Asked some basic details then went through the questions. The whole process took less then 10 minutes, she let me talk freely and all was very comfortable. For such a big company, did not seem to over the top.
45-minute client services interview on asset management team. Focus on behavioral questions, customer experience, and enthusiasm for helping clients while demonstrating passion for asset management and delivering excellent service. Beep boop bop bop

the interviewer is so intimidating and would ask you anything under the sun. Just be confident and sincere so it could lessen stutters. Do not let your nervousness eat you alive, just be true to the interviewer.
