First I was interviewed by phone by the HR manager; after my phone interview I was called for an interview with 5 pears and bosses, 30 minutes each. The whole interview lasted 2 hours and 20 minutes and I was hired later on the same day

Very organized and asked the right questions. Described the company and the current business / projects that were awarded. Also talked about future projects that the company will supply proposals and repeat customers with whom they have done business and projects. Asked what companies I worked for and the size and description of these projects at these companies.
