Contact from recruiter #1 came via linkedin. I replied that I was not interested in the position offered for 2 very specific reasons, but he persisted. He indicating that there were other opportunities they were interested in filling that would fulfill my requirements. The initial phone interview was scheduled by a second recruiter, at a date and time selected by the interviewing manager. No one called at the appointed time. A second phone interview was set up. The hiring manager called my home phone, though the "meeting invite" specifically said they would call my cell phone. Please note; I have a job and am NOT at home in the middle of the day, which they knew at the time. A third person set up the third interview - and specifically pointed out that they were interviewing me for the job I initially turned down. At this point I really, really did not want the interview. The process was horrible just to get to the phone call.
