Send in some writing samples, a cover letter, and a resume. Then a phone call interview.
The interview process was simple and straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary. Spent a lot of time just having a conversation. Perhaps the interview wasn't well rehearsed, but young companies have to deal with that.
