I had two phone interviews with staff members and a five hour teach interview/question session with the school leader. KIPP set up a sample teach with a school nearby. It was very grueling and I felt dizzy by the end. There were no breaks. I did not feel that I got the position because the interviewer was very cold and acted very unpersonable. I waited about a week and I got a contract in the mail. Some interviews for my colleagues were longer or shorter. Some only had one phone interview and immediately got the job.
