I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KPMG (New York, NY) in Oct 2010
Interview
The first round was campus recruiting. Interviewed by a HR representative. Most of the questions are behavioral question such as what is your strength and weakness, habits, etc. The second interview was held at KPMG New York office. A new entry auditor led us through the process and have lunch with him/her. The second round was interviewed by one manager and one partner separately. The questions were not difficult. I went over my resume with the partner. And the manager asked some behavioral questions only. No professional questions were ever asked in the whole interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Bengaluru)
Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit, it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit
Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
