First will get the call from the HR and then arrange the for interview. When the time of interview will ask to write an essay afterwards will go for interview with the manager or partner.

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.

Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
