30 min virtual panel interview (4 kaiser staff-preceptor, nurse educator, manager, +1 more). asked 9 questions - clinical and behavioral. could not read interviewers faces at all to tell if they liked what i was saying or not.

why kaiser? strengths/weaknesses? long term goals? clinical experience that had a strong impact on you and what did you learn from it? unit specific clinical questions - what to do if you suspect this or how do yo explain this?
The interview process started as tell me about yourself and ask all behavioral questions. The panel were all very friendly and professional. They ask if we have any questions for them. They made the experience really comfortable for the new grads.

solo interview with panel of 4 , took about 25 minutes, Arrive early because its a long walk from parking to conference room, interviewers were friendly and casual. They also explained that they could not guarantee a full-time position after the precepted part of the program if I am offered a position
