I recently participated in an interview process facilitated by an intermediary company and Kearney. The process involved interviews with four individuals. While I appreciate the opportunity to discuss my qualifications, I found the number of questions excessive and the overall experience to be quite lengthy.
Unfortunately, despite investing time and effort into the process, I did not receive any further updates or feedback from either the intermediary company or Kearney. This lack of communication left me feeling uncertain about the status of my application and somewhat disheartened by the experience.
I believe clear and timely communication is essential in any recruitment process to ensure candidates are kept informed and engaged. I hope this feedback can contribute to improving future interactions and fostering a more transparent and positive experience for all involved parties.
