Interview
I got a phone call from HR about 30minutes after I submitted my resume and application online. HR brought me in for an interview the next day which lasted about 30minutes and I was given an offer letter on the spot. I asked to speak to someone who was already in the role and they let me, but the person was reluctant to answer my specific questions about the position and company in details. Everything seemed really rushed and uncomfortable.

Interview
Interview process was about 3 hours long and very scattered. You weren't sure who you were speaking to or meeting with until you arrived. They said they'd go get someone and you'd be waiting in a cold office/conference room(which at least has a slideshow playing) until someone arrived.
