Quick and simple. Each brokerage is independently owned by different brokers, so the interview structure will be varied depending on which office you are interviewing with. Mine was Houston Metropolitan office.
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
