You get contact by a recruiter to set up interview with PM's and such. After that if they like you they give you offer after few weak. Interview focus was on me and my past experience, I think to gauge if I fit good. Entry level position it doesn't matter as much pass experience just that you seem competen. But for sure construction experience is plus, which I had 1 year
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.

Very fast and very professional. Answered all my questions and asked good sound questions from me. Explained the expectations of the job & told me exactly how the hiring process would go
Easy casual conversation. They want to see that you're open to the lifestyle that comes with this type of role. Willing to relocate. And willing to work long hours. Good attitude
