Very simple and conversational. Big emphasis on learning and being willing to grow with a good attitude over actual experience. A relaxed, conversational 15-minute call with an HR rep focused on getting to know you. Expect behavioral questions about teamwork, your interests within civil engineering, and why Kimley-Horn. Personality and enthusiasm matter as much as technical background here.
pretty light, mostly conversational nothing too technical. They as about your resume and stuff to get to know you. Mine was like half an hour over the phone and the recruiter lady was nice.
